Time
Leave is approved in email, attendance comes off a device, and the two only meet when payroll runs and somebody is docked for a day they were granted.

01
Attendance is built from punches, and every manual correction is audited — who changed it, when, and why. A day with no punch is a question the system asks rather than a gap it hides.
02
Leave carries its own approval chain: manager, then HR, with balances, quotas and carry-forward computed rather than tracked by hand. An approved day is a fact payroll reads, not a mail somebody forwards.
03
Shifts are dated assignments, so “which shift was she on in Shrawan” has an answer. Grace periods belong to the shift, which is why late is a rule and not an opinion.

What it does not do
Stated on purpose. A page that claims everything tells you nothing.
Geofenced and selfie-based attendance are not included. A punch is a punch; proving somebody stood in a particular spot is a different product.
Work-from-home is kept separate from leave on purpose — counting it as leave would deduct a balance for a day somebody worked.
